How long does it take to string a custom lacrosse head?

Our professional stringers typically complete custom orders within 3-5 business days. Once finished, your head is shipped via your selected shipping method.

What is your return policy on used equipment?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Custom-strung heads are final sale.

Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! We provide specialized pricing for high school, collegiate, and club teams. Please contact our Team Sales department for a custom quote on uniforms and equipment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status in real-time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

What happens if my lacrosse shaft breaks?

Most premium shafts come with a 30, 60, or 180-day manufacturer warranty. If your shaft breaks within the warranty period, please contact us to initiate a replacement claim.
